Modify or change order
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. However, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the products. You can contact our customer service.

Refund terms and methods
Once we receive your package at our facilities, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase. Our Customer Service team will process the refund to the same payment method used for the initial transaction within an average of 2 days and no later than 14 days, in accordance with current European regulations. You will receive an email notification at the address you provided during the purchase process.
